I have built my career on the people-first approach. As an amiable team lead who does not play with his food, i find that progress happens when people align.

My journey began in the field, inspecting before being trusted to coordinate small and then large-scale road and streetworks project delivery that required precision, compliance and collaboration at every step. Over time, my role evolved from managing on-site operations to leading complex delivery frameworks, ensuring that every initiative met performance, safety, and quality benchmarks. 

Before and during this squiggly experience acquisition, i have experience in the multi-domain industry including project coordination for residential builds, relocation manager(360) in hospitality and client satisfaction ( Customer success).
 

Through this growth, I’ve developed a unique ability to translate technical complexity into strategic outcomes, guiding teams, stakeholders and data toward shared goals. After working with state-level programmes,  Transport for London (TfL); US equivalent of the Department of Transport ( e.g NCDOT). Now, expanding my expertise toward U.S. infrastructure and data-driven opportunities, I remain passionate about building systems that bridge the gap between innovation and community needs. Whether managing a transport programme, designing a governance framework or optimizing Client experience, my focus remains the same to deliver with purpose and care.
